Text

The board of trustees of Wright State university, in cooperation with Central State and Miami universities, shall create, organize, provide for, and maintain a college of medicine. The board of trustees of Wright State university, in cooperation with the boards of trustees of Central State university and Miami university, may negotiate for and receive conveyances and transfers of property, both real and personal, to be used by the college, and may make and enter into all contracts and agreements necessary or incidental to the operation of the college. No state funds shall be paid to such college of medicine unless it meets the requirements of section3333.11of the Revised Code.
