Text
In case any covenant, stipulation, obligation, agreement, or action, or part thereof, made, assumed, or taken under sections3349.27to3349.30, inclusive, of the Revised Code is for any reason held to be illegal or invalid, such illegality or invalidity shall not affect the remainder thereof or any other covenant, stipulation, obligation, agreement, action, or part thereof, made, assumed, or taken under said sections, which shall be construed and enforced as if such provision, to the extent invalid or illegal, were not contained therein, and each such covenant, stipulation, obligation, agreement, or other provision, or part thereof, shall be deemed to be made and entered into in the manner and to the full extent permitted by law to accomplish most nearly the intention thereof.
