Text

As used in this section, "state institution of higher education" and "state university" have the same meanings as in section3345.011of the Revised Code.

(A)(1) Subject to divisions (B) and (C) of this section, a graduate of the twelfth grade shall be entitled to admission without examination to any state institution of higher education, but for unconditional admission may be required to complete such units not included in the graduate's high school course as may be prescribed, not less than two years prior to the graduate's entrance, by the faculty of the institution.
(2)Subject to divisions (B) and (C) of this section, each graduate of the twelfth grade who is in the top ten per cent of a graduating class as determined by the chancellor of higher education shall be entitled to admissio
