(A)The body politic and corporate by the name and style of "The President and Trustees of the Ohio University" now in the university instituted and established in Athens by the name and style of "The Ohio University" shall consist of a board of trustees composed of eleven members, who shall be appointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of the senate. At least five of the trustees who are not students shall be graduates of Ohio university. Two of the trustees shall be students at Ohio university, and their selection and terms shall be in accordance with division (B) of this section. A majority of the board constitutes a quorum. For trustees appointed prior to July 1, 2025, except for the terms of student members, terms of office shall be for nine years, commencing on the fourte
