Text

No rule adopted by the director of education and workforce pursuant to this chapter, section3301.07of the Revised Code, or any other provision of the Revised Code shall permit a school district to report that it has provided services to a student identified as gifted unless those services are paid for by the district. Nothing in this section shall prohibit a district from requiring a student to pay the costs of advanced placement or international baccalaureate examinations.
