Each year for twenty-three successive years after the commencement of a joint vocational school district's project under sections3318.40to3318.45of the Revised Code, the board of education of that school district shall deposit into a separate maintenance account or into the school district's capital and maintenance fund established under section3315.18of the Revised Code, school district moneys dedicated to maintenance of the classroom facilities acquired under sections3318.40to3318.45of the Revised Code in an amount equal to one and one-half of one per cent of the current insurance value of the classroom facilities acquired under the project, which value shall be subject to the approval of the Ohio facilities construction commission.
