Text
Notwithstanding section3318.02of the Revised Code, the Ohio facilities construction commission may conduct on-site visits to any school district whose district board adopts a resolution certifying to the commission the board's intent to participate in the school building assistance expedited local partnership program under section3318.36of the Revised Code.
