Text
There is hereby created the public school building fund within the state treasury consisting of any moneys transferred or appropriated to the fund by the general assembly, moneys paid into or transferred in accordance with section3318.47of the Revised Code, and any grants, gifts, or contributions received by the Ohio facilities construction commission to be used for the purposes of the fund. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
Moneys transferred or appropriated to the fund by the general assembly and moneys in the fund from grants, gifts, and contributions shall be used for the purposes of Chapter 3318. of the Revised Code as prescribed by the general assembly.
