Text
Notwithstanding the provision of section321.31of the Revised Code, immediately after each settlement with the county auditor, on presentation of the warrant of the county auditor therefor, the county treasurer shall pay to the school district the proceeds of the tax levy provided in section3318.13of the Revised Code to be used to pay the cost of maintaining the classroom facilities included in the project.
