Text
A school district ranked in the first through twenty-fifth percentiles may adopt and certify to the Ohio facilities construction commission a resolution specifying a proposed project that meets the requirements of this chapter and the needs of the district, as confirmed through an on-site visit pursuant to section3318.02of the Revised Code. The commission shall consider such projects for conditional approval pursuant to section3318.03and shall encumber funds pursuant to section3318.04of the Revised Code in the order in which such resolutions are received.
