Text
As used in this chapter:
(A)"Fiscal watch" means the existence of a fiscal watch declared under division (A) of section3316.03of the Revised Code.
(B)"Fiscal emergency" means the existence of a fiscal emergency declared under division (B) of section3316.03of the Revised Code.
(C)"Fiscal emergency period" means the period of time commencing on the day when the auditor of state declares that a school district is in a state of fiscal emergency under division (B) of section3316.03of the Revised Code and ending on the day on which the school district financial planning and supervision commission ceases to exist under section3316.16of the Revised Code.
