Text
The department of education and workforce shall consider the following when entering into performance contracts with the fiscal agent of each region of the educational regional service system and when allocating funds for the implementation of statewide education initiatives by regional service providers ;
(A)The unique needs and circumstances of the region;
(B)The regional needs and priorities for educational services identified by the advisory council for the region;
(C)Any services that will be provided to school districts and schools within the region pursuant to division (A) of section3302.04of the Revised Code.
