Text

The treasurer of state is hereby designated as the custodian of all federal funds received for vocational education. All money so received or appropriated by the state for the purposes contemplated in the act of congress referred to in sections3303.02to3303.06of the Revised Code, or in acts supplementary thereto, shall be disbursed upon the order of the department of education and workforce.
