The withholding or deduction notices, other orders issued under sections3121.03and3121.04to3121.06of the Revised Code, administrative orders issued under section3121.12of the Revised Code, and the notices that require the obligor to notify the child support enforcement agency administering the support order of any change in the obligor's employment status or of any other change in the status of the obligor's assets, are final and enforceable by the court.
