Text
If the natural mother and alleged father of a child sign an acknowledgment of paternity affidavit prepared pursuant to section3111.31of the Revised Code with respect to that child at a child support enforcement agency, the agency shall provide a notary public to notarize or witnesses to witness the acknowledgment.
