Text
(A)Sections2747.01to2747.06of the Revised Code apply to a civil action filed or any claim asserted in a civil action on or after the effective date of this section.
(B)A court shall broadly construe and apply sections2747.01to2747.06of the Revised Code to protect the exercise of the right of freedom of speech and of the press, the right to assemble and petition, and the right of association, guaranteed by the United States Constitution and the Ohio Constitution.
(C)In construing and applying sections2747.01to2747.06of the Revised Code, a court shall consider the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact a substantially similar law.
