(A)Failing any agreement referred to in section2712.38of the Revised Code, the arbitral tribunal may conduct the arbitration in the manner it considers appropriate, subject to the provisions of this chapter.
(B)The power of the arbitral tribunal under this section includes the power to determine the admissibility, relevance, materiality, and weight of any evidence.
