Text

(A)The mayor of a municipal corporation who conducts a mayor's court shall register annually with the supreme court as provided in this division. The mayor shall file the registration on a form prescribed by the supreme court and not later than the fifteenth day of January in any year in which the mayor conducts a mayor's court or at least fifteen days before the mayor first conducts a mayor's court in a particular year, whichever is later. The registration shall include the name of the mayor, the name of any magistrate appointed by the mayor pursuant to section1905.05of the Revised Code, and the dates on which the mayor and magistrate last received the training required by section1905.031of the Revised Code.
