This chapter does not preclude the rendering of a professional service within this state by a corporation formed under division (B) of section1701.03of the Revised Code, a limited liability company formed under Chapter 1705. or 1706. of the Revised Code, or a foreign limited liability company registered with the secretary of state and transacting business in this state in accordance with sections1705.53to1705.58or1706.51to1706.515of the Revised Code.
