Text
When in the judgment of the officers of a cemetery association it is necessary to secure additional land for the purpose of making an entrance to its ground, or to improve an entrance already made, the officers may apply to the board of county commissioners of the county in which the cemetery is located for the appointment of appraisers. Upon such application being made, such board shall proceed in accordance with sections163.01to163.22, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
