Text
The trustees or other officers of a charitable or religious society or association who are authorized to make a sale, lease, exchange, or encumbrance in accordance with sections1715.39to1715.41, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall make return thereof to the court of common pleas ordering it, at such time as such court orders. Thereupon, if satisfied that the sale, lease, exchange, or encumbrance was made according to its order, the court shall approve it and order that the proceeds be invested in other real estate for the use of such society or association and used in payments of its debts or otherwise invested or disposed of according to the prayer of the petition.
