Text
An ecclesiastical society incorporated under the laws of this state connected with a church of Christ located in this state may, by a three-fourths vote of its adult members present and voting at a meeting announced and held for that purpose, assign and transfer to the church with which it is connected, if such church is incorporated under the laws of this state, all the property and trust funds of such society, to be held by such church under the trusts upon which it had been held by such society. Pursuant to such vote, the governing committee or trustees of the society may make all conveyances necessary to complete such assignment and transfer.
