No agreement for the consolidation of charitable, benevolent, or educational organizations under section1715.32of the Revised Code shall be valid until it has been submitted to a separate meeting of the members of each of the component organizations, of which meeting notice has been given according to the form and usage for calling meetings of the component organizations concerned, and ratified by a two-thirds vote of the members present at said meeting, in person or by proxy, entitled to vote according to the regulations or usages of such organizations.
