Text

An incorporated young men's Christian association may adopt a code of regulations for its government. The management and control of the association shall be vested in a board of five or more trustees. They may be elected for a term of not less than one nor more than five years, but the term of office of an equal number must expire each year. The board may provide rules for the business of the association and for the conduct of the association's members, departments, branches, committees, officers, employees, and guests.
