If, before the creation of a corporation under section1715.18of the Revised Code for the purposes provided in such section, any parish or religious society described in section1715.21of the Revised Code has been acting, by authority of its diocesan convention or other representative body, as a part of or in connection with any unincorporated subordinate agency or body chosen, designated, or provided, in whole or in part, by such representative body, for any of the same or similar purposes, then an agreement for consolidation, such as is provided in section1715.21of the Revised Code, may be made, in anticipation of the creation of such corporation under section1715.18of the Revised Code, between the parties who have been so acting together; but an agreement so made is not valid until submit
