Members of the chapter or trustees of corporations organized under sections1715.18and1715.19of the Revised Code, if chosen to take charge of any endowment fund, may invest, manage, and dispose of such fund in accordance with the purpose for which it was created, subject to such constitutional regulations as the representative body organizing the corporation prescribes.
