Any representative body creating a corporation under section1715.18of the Revised Code may provide a constitution, not inconsistent with the statement provided for in such section, or with the law of this state, for the government of such corporation, and may amend such constitution; may determine the number and limit the terms of the members of the chapter or trustees; may provide for and designate a certain number or proportion of ex officio members of the chapter or trustees; may provide for a certain number or proportion of members or trustees to be elected or designated ex officio by other congregations, or bodies, of the same religious denomination in the same diocese or ecclesiastical territory, in addition to the members or trustees to be elected by said representative body itself,
