As used in this section, "emergency medical service organization" has the same meaning as in section4765.01of the Revised Code.
The operator at all mines and quarries shall keep first aid and emergency medical equipment in a dry and sanitary condition in accessible places.
Each operator shall report to the chief of the division of mineral resources management, the name, title, and address of each emergency medical service organization with which arrangements have been made or otherwise provided. Each operator shall, within ten days after any change of the arrangements, report such changes to the chief.
