Text
Motormen and trip riders shall use care in handling the locomotive and cars, and shall see that the signal or marker is used for the purpose as provided. Motormen and trip riders shall be governed by the speed provided for in sections1567.39,1567.40, and1567.41of the Revised Code in handling cars.
No person shall refuse or neglect to comply with this section.
