Text
(A)The chief of the division of water resources may require a permittee that has been issued a permit under section1521.29of the Revised Code to decrease its withdrawal and submit a revised ground water model under section1521.27of the Revised Code if either of the following applies:
(1)The permittee's reported ground water monitoring data conflicts with the permittee's ground water model.
(2)The results of the division of water resources' investigation of any written complaint under section1521.36of the Revised Code indicate that the permittee's withdrawal caused the diminution or interruption of a person's water supply.
(B)If so required under division (A) of this section, the permittee shall submit the revised ground water modeling using additional data that reflects the permitte
