Upon the completion of the dam referred to in section1521.09of the Revised Code to the satisfaction of the division of water resources, it shall certify the completion and the capacity thereof to the county auditor who shall thereupon make such reduction in the assessed valuation of the contiguous landowner as the contiguous landowner is entitled to receive under sections1521.09to1521.12of the Revised Code.
