Text
(A)The chief of the division of water resources shall adopt, and may amend or rescind, rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code for the implementation, administration, and enforcement of sections1521.21to1521.36of the Revised Code.
(B)Sections1521.21to1521.36of the Revised Code do not affect common law riparian rights.
