Text

The director of administrative services shall adopt, amend, and rescind rules pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code for the purposes of administering and enforcing the provisions of this chapter that pertain to state agencies. A state or local agency that, or an officer or employee of a state or local agency who, complies in good faith with a rule applicable to the agency is not subject to criminal prosecution or civil liability under this chapter.
