Text
(A)The attorney general, on behalf of the tax commissioner, may seek an injunction to restrain a threatened or actual violation of division (C)(1) of section1346.05of the Revised Code or division (A) or (C) of section1346.07of the Revised Code by a stamping agent and to compel the stamping agent to comply with those divisions.
(B)In any action brought by the state to enforce sections1346.05to1346.10of the Revised Code, the state shall be entitled to recover the costs of the investigation, expert witness fees, court costs, and reasonable attorney's fees.
(C)If a court determines that a person has violated any prohibition or other provision of sections1346.05to1346.10of the Revised Code, the court shall order that the person's profits, gain, gross receipts, or other benefit from the vio
