Text
The original surety mentioned in section1341.13of the Revised Code, shall not be released or discharged until the filing of the new bond or the expiration of the time allowed therefor under section1341.14of the Revised Code. The cost of the application provided for in section1341.13of the Revised Code shall be paid by the person making it.
