(A)After a default of the type described in division (A) or (C)(1) of section1310.69of the Revised Code by a lessee under the lease contract, after the lessor refuses to deliver or takes possession of goods as provided in section1310.71or1310.72of the Revised Code, or, if agreed, after other default by a lessee, the lessor may dispose of the goods concerned or the undelivered balance of the goods concerned by lease, sale, or otherwise.
(B)Except as otherwise provided with respect to damages liquidated in the lease agreement pursuant to section1310.50of the Revised Code or otherwise determined pursuant to agreement of the parties as provided in section1301.302and section1310.49of the Revised Code, if the disposition is by lease agreement substantially similar to the original l
