Text
(A)Whoever violates section1127.06,1127.08, or1127.11of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the third degree.
(B)Whoever violates section1127.02or1127.03of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fourth degree.
(C)Whoever violates section1127.09of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
