Text
(A)The superintendent of financial institutions may call and convene a meeting with the regulated persons the superintendent determines to be appropriate at a location within this state and at a date and time established by the superintendent upon notice served in accordance with section1121.37of the Revised Code. The regulated persons notified of the meeting shall attend the meeting unless excused by the superintendent for reasonable cause at the superintendent's sole discretion. Failure of a regulated person to attend a meeting called and convened in accordance with this division, unless excused by the superintendent, is grounds for suspending or removing the regulated person from office or imposing civil penalties against the regulated person.
