§ 321. Reinsurance. Funds credited to the special fund for the\npurposes of this article may be used to effect insurance or reinsurance\nwith the war damage corporation or with any other authority or\ninstrumentality, public or private, or otherwise to distribute the\nliability for compensation payable to civil defense volunteers.\n
