§ 13-i. Solicitation prohibited. Any person who shall make it a\nbusiness to solicit employment for any person authorized by this chapter\nto render medical care to an injured employee in connection with any\nclaim under this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, except that\nthe employer shall have the right subject to regulations prescribed by\nthe chairman, to recommend to the injured employee the names of enrolled\nphysicians who he believes to be competent to treat him.\n
