Text
§ 8-806 Review. The conviction of any member of such police force or\ndepartment shall be subject to review by the supreme court in the\njudicial district in which such village is located, in the manner\nprovided by article seventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules on\nthe ground that said conviction is illegal provided the proceeding is\ncommenced within sixty days after the conviction.\n
