§ 21-2100 Notice of hearings.

l.Any local law adopted pursuant to the\npowers granted by this chapter shall be in accordance with the procedure\nprescribed by the municipal home rule law. Any other action taken by a\nvillage board of trustees in the exercise of its powers and upon which a\npublic hearing is required to be conducted shall be in accordance with\nthis section unless otherwise specifically required by statute. Any\nnotice of a hearing, not otherwise specifically required by law shall be\ngiven in the following manner:\n by publication of such notice in the official newspaper of the village\nor if there be none, in a newspaper of general circulation in the\nvillage wherein the hearing is to be held.\n 2.
