§ 18-1826 Powers and duties of the commission. The commission created\npursuant to this article shall have all the powers, duties and\nresponsibilities set forth in the local law creating such commission and\nshall immediately, upon final appointment of all members, proceed to\ndischarge such powers, duties and responsibilities.\n
