§ 13-1302 Acquisition or establishment of self-supporting\nimprovements. The board of trustees of any village may, by local law,\nprovide for the acquisition, construction, lease or purchase of any\nself-supporting improvement, or may establish any existing recreational\nfacility, and parking areas in connection therewith, as a\nself-supporting improvement, pursuant to the provisions of this article.\n
