§ 10-1008 Incorporation of fire department. The members of all the\nfire, hose, protective and hook and ladder companies of a village,\norganized and maintained in pursuance of law, constitute a corporation\nby the name of the "fire department of.........." The term, fire\ndepartment of a village, as used in this chapter, refers to such a\ncorporation.\n
