§ 509-F — Record of violations

§ 509-f. Record of violations. Each motor carrier shall, at least once\nevery twelve months, require each bus driver it employs to prepare and\nfurnish it with a list of all violations of motor vehicle traffic laws\nand ordinances (other than violations involving only parking) of which\nthe driver has been convicted or on account of which he has forfeited\nbond or collateral and all accidents of a nature or type set forth in\nsection five hundred nine-a of this article in which the driver was\ninvolved during the preceding twelve months whether such violations or\naccidents occurred in this state or elsewhere. Such information shall be\nrecorded in the employer's record.\n
