§ 471-B — Judicial review

§ 471-b. Judicial review. A decision of the presiding officer under\nsection four hundred seventy-one-a of this article shall be subject to\nreview by the supreme court in the manner provided by article\nseventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules.\n
