§ 405-A — Application of article

§ 405-a. Application of article. The provisions of the succeeding\nsections of this article shall take effect when this state enters into\nan agreement pursuant to the authority granted in section four hundred\nfive of this article and shall remain in effect only so long as this\nstate is a party to such an agreement.\n
