§ 404-Y*2 — Distinctive "Appalachian Trail" license plates

* § 404-y. Distinctive "Appalachian Trail" license plates.
1.Any\nperson residing in this state shall, upon request, be issued a\ndistinctive license plate bearing the words "Appalachian Trail".\nApplication for said license plate shall be filed with the commissioner\nin such form and detail as the commissioner shall prescribe.\n 2. A distinctive plate issued pursuant to this section shall be issued\nin the same manner as other number plates upon payment of the regular\nregistration fee prescribed by section four hundred one of this article\nprovided, however, that an additional annual service charge of\ntwenty-five dollars shall be charged for such plate.\n * NB There are 6 § 404-y's\n
