* § 404-ee. Distinctive "West Indian American Day Carnival" license\nplates.
1.Any person residing in this state shall, upon request, be\nissued a distinctive "West Indian American Day Carnival" license plate\nof a design approved by the commissioner. Application for said license\nplate shall be filed with the commissioner in such form and detail as\nthe commissioner shall prescribe.\n 2. A distinctive plate issued pursuant to this section shall be issued\nin the same manner as other number plates upon payment of the regular\nregistration fee prescribed by section four hundred one of this article;\nprovided, however, that an additional annual service charge of\ntwenty-five dollars shall be charged for such plate.\n * NB There are 4 § 404-ee's\n
